Heel Holland Bakt
Whenever I watch a program like Heel Holland Bakt, I’m always a little jealous, so many beautiful things come out of their hands. So much work too when they are on the assignments, I never take the time for that myself. I sometimes bake a cake, but these are the simple ones like butter cake or apple pie. Banana muffins or granola bars, those are more up my alley. The advantage of this oatmeal bread with banana is that it is quick to make.
So I could easily make it in between and it was ready just in time for lunch. Delicious!
Healthy with oatmeal
I don’t like oatmeal that much, but I do like to make or bake with it overnight. Recipes with oatmeal are often heart healthy and by making this bread sweet with banana as in this recipe, the kids love it too.
